Parents have to try everything they can to resist accepting the abortion tainted vaccine, this product, for the reasons we already spoke about. They must do all they can. But if they come to the extreme situation where the government will take the children away from the parents and can cause great damage to the children, especially to their souls and their eternal salvation, then in such a case, in order to save the children from being abused and from harm to their salvation, not so much to their body but to their soul, perhaps they could accept it.
It is not for me to decide this. The parents have to decide in conscience. I cannot give a general answer. This must be decided in conscience after prayer. Even if they accept this vaccine in such circumstances, it would surely not be a mortal sin because of the grave circumstances of violation and threat. This diminishes the moral responsibility. In my opinion, it would not be a mortal sin because they are exposed to such incredible oppression.
However, if there is another solution, for example, if the father would lose a good job and have to accept a lesser job with lower pay, then in this case he should prefer that the family live in greater poverty in order to give this necessary testimony and witness against these horrible things. God will provide for them. They will not die from famine or starvation. God will not permit this when we observe His law. He will provide. We must trust in the providence of God, as Christians always have, and God has always helped.
I repeat, when you must choose between a better life and a poorer life, choose the poorer life with fewer privileges in society. Yes, but this is a decision of conscience in these extreme situations. As we are not yet in such situations, we cannot accept this vaccine.
