Bishop Schneider says that when a woman’s health or life is at risk, precautions may be considered, but there are no guarantees. Couples should pray for guidance to follow God’s will. He affirms that natural family planning is permitted by the Church during infertile periods of marriage.

Well, when it is proven to be a danger to her health, for her life, it could be. But even with natural planning, sometimes it is not so. There are cases where there was still a conception. Well, natural planning is allowed by the Church to be used in marriage during these infertile periods. It is allowed.
