Bishop Schneider: We Answered to the Dubia

In 2017, bishops from Kazakhstan, along with Cardinals of Riga and Burke, published a document clarifying ambiguous points in Amoris Laetitia. Two years ago, four prelates, including the speaker, issued a declaration addressing common errors in the Church’s life, listing forty points that included clarifications on the Dubia.

We had already, in some way, answered this. We had three bishops of Kazakhstan, I think in 2017 the archbishop metropolitan of Astana and the Archbishop Emeritus of Karaganda, and I, we published, and I think also the Cardinal of Riga and Cardinal Burke, we published a document about the theme, which was unclear and ambiguous. In the Amoris Laetitia document, we clarified this. And then also, two years ago, two cardinals, Cardinal Pujat from Riga, Archbishop Thomas Pett, Archbishop Lenga, and I, we published a declaration about the most common spread errors in the life of the Church, and we listed forty points. And among them, there are also those points of the Dubia clarified.
