Of course, this is very necessary, and surely they cannot be admitted for several reasons, but especially for the sake of their own eternal salvation. When we admit them while they remain unrepentant, we push them toward greater sins, toward sacrileges. They are already in danger of losing their souls due to their support for the killing of innocent children, which is horrible. But by going to Holy Communion unrepentantly, they damage their souls even more by committing further sacrileges.
We must at least try to spare them these additional grave sins. This is, in fact, an act of love for them, not to admit them to Holy Communion. If we truly believe in the holiness of Holy Communion, then we cannot admit them.
Furthermore, by admitting them, we are implicitly saying, as a Church, that it is acceptable to publicly support the murder of innocent children. By admitting such persons to Holy Communion while unrepentant, clergy and bishops are, de facto, undermining the Catholic faith regarding the horrific crime of abortion.
They are sending a message that contradicts the faith we profess. There is a clear contradiction between what we say and what we do. It is a visible hypocrisy and a scandal.
We can never allow this. Priests and bishops who do so are themselves committing a grave sin, publicly, before the faithful, before the world, and before God. They will be held accountable. They carry on their shoulders the sins of these people, and even more, they take on the burden of foreign sins which they tacitly and implicitly approve.
We must restore the holiness of the Eucharist, the ineffable, unspeakable holiness of the Eucharist, and the clarity and unambiguity of the Catholic faith.
