First, travel to seek a good spiritual director in another diocese, or perhaps an exorcist, in a neighboring diocese if needed. Speak with them to receive their advice. I would especially recommend making a general confession of all your sins in life, as this can purify you and, in some way, help to banish any demonic influence.

Then, forgive those who have hurt you in your past, and work to purify any resentment or ill feelings you hold against others. This can also help expel or reduce demonic influences. Be sure to pray the Saint Michael the Archangel prayer, practice charity and love, and seek a good exorcist in another location if necessary.
