Hypnosis is considered immoral because it manipulates a person’s free will, compromising their dignity. Using someone as a tool for manipulation violates their autonomy. Morally acceptable methods should always be used, respecting the individual’s inherent dignity and ensuring their free will is not undermined.

It's a difficult question. Usually, hypnosis is considered immoral because the person being hypnotized is manipulated by those performing the hypnosis. The goal or aim does not justify the means; morally acceptable means must be used instead. Hypnosis is a form of manipulation, and abusing a person as a tool or instrument does not respect the dignity of the human person.
