If unsure what to confess, ask your family, they may notice areas for improvement. We’re not saints, and daily imperfections are common. Pray to the Lord, the Holy Spirit, and your guardian angel for guidance. You can also confess past sins to deepen repentance and humility, without becoming scrupulous.
If you like what we do and want to regularly support our mission to build the Reign of Mary and/or assist the episcopal ministry of Bishop Athanasius Schneider, please consider becoming a Servant of Mary.

Well, first, it depends. When you are living in a family and you don't know what to confess, please ask your husband or your children if they speak English. They will tell you something you can improve. We are not saints. So, I think that when you don't know what to confess, you should ask the Lord in prayer, ask the Holy Spirit, and ask your guardian angel to remind you, to recall some imperfections. We always have many imperfections throughout the day. You can also repent of your past sins. It is also possible to confess to increase, not your scrupulosity, but sometimes to increase your repentance and your humility.
