No, I would not encourage going, because this is a very uncertain method, where there can be manifestations not always from the Lord, but possibly from mass psychosis. There is often a dynamic of suggestion, hysterical moments, and extreme emotional exaltation. This is not a sign that something is from the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, we should not attend such events. It is also a method that seeks to produce an effect almost like magic: "If you do this, then you will see that." This is contrary to the Christian spirit. Healing must be entrusted to the Lord, who heals in His time and in His way. Often, it is God's will that a person is not suddenly healed, because sickness, in His wisdom, can be a means to purify the soul so that the person can expiate sins here on earth, or contribute through their suffering to the salvation of souls.
Of course, we must pray for healing, yes, but we must entrust the timing and outcome to the Lord. We should not engage in public exhibitions that are dangerous and risk turning the Catholic faith into a religion based purely on emotions. I repeat: in such gatherings, many purely human realities can creep in things that are not supernatural.
And we must not forget the possibility that evil spirits can also manifest and even perform apparent healings. That is also possible.
Dear visitors of Gloria Dei and all who have already written or who will write a personal message to me. I am grateful for your attention, your kindness, for your spiritual support and especially for your sacrifices and prayers for me. God may reward you!
