Usually, private revelations are not necessary for our salvation but are revealed through faith only. Private revelations are sometimes approved by the Church but in this case, I think the Church did not approve the Garabandal. But in the history of the Church, there were some revelations and apparitions that were not officially recorded but bishops permitted people to visit and pray in those places even without the pronouncement of a definitive judgment, this is also possible.
In this case, it is up to you and your prudent decision whether to follow these revelations provided they contain the truth and have nothing against Catholic Doctrine. Regarding the warnings, we always have to remain watchful and vigilant as our Lord had said in the gospel, it is the same.
With concrete signs, I would be more prudent and hesitant to be attached to concrete exterior signs of possible divine interventions as a general rule. I would be hesitant to some concrete signs, warnings, and expressions and be prudent about them. But when it is to the meaning of the message, for example, the message of Fatima, the message was so concrete: devotion to the Immaculate Heart, reparation, the Holy Rosary, praying for the conversion of Russia, and other concrete signs, I will follow.
Dear visitors of Gloria Dei and all who have already written or who will write a personal message to me. I am grateful for your attention, your kindness, for your spiritual support and especially for your sacrifices and prayers for me. God may reward you!
