The Church offers freedom in spiritual choices, wisely avoiding strict rules. Historically, Sundays during Lent have never been fasting days; they remain joyful. Therefore, praying the Glorious Mysteries on Lent Sundays aligns with the Resurrection's significance. Ultimately, it's a personal decision, allowing for individual spiritual paths.

Well, there are no strict rules in the Church, therefore, we have the freedom of our own Spiritual choices and the Church is very wise not to impose such detailed rules in our Spiritual life. But by analogy, we can say that in the history of the Church, the Sundays of Lent were never days of fasting. So, Sundays, even during Lent is joyful and is without fasting.

Therefore, it is possible to pray the Glorious Mysteries on Sundays of Lent because each Sunday is linked in a special way to the Mystery of the Resurrection of Our Lord. However, it is up to you. I think we have to leave it to the individual’s freedom and Spiritual way.
