If I’m correct, she wrote that if it is a grievous situation where you cannot receive Holy Communion on the first Saturday, you can receive it either the day before or on the following Sunday, with the same intention. In doing so, you should receive Holy Communion in a spirit of reparation, as Our Lady asked.
