The core prayers to be recited daily are the “Our Father,” “Hail Mary,” and the Apostles' Creed, as they strengthen our Catholic faith. Additional prayers like the Memorare, prayers to the Guardian Angel, St. Joseph, or the Sanctus can also be chosen. Daily prayer to St. Michael is also advised for protection against evil.

Yes, it’s evident. The first prayer is the “Our Father.” This is the Lord’s Prayer, and we must pray it every day. The second one is the “Hail Mary,” the angelic salutation. These are the basic prayers that we should say daily, along with the Credo, or the Apostles' Creed. I would suggest praying for them every day to renew the strength of our Catholic faith and our fidelity to it. The Apostles' Creed is a shorter formula, and we can easily pray it by heart. These three prayers are the most important, and I would say we need to cultivate them daily. Afterward, we can choose other prayers that are closer to our spiritual life.

Some people pray the Memorare of Saint Bernard to Our Lady, some pray to the Guardian Angels, and some pray to St. Joseph. This is a personal choice. Some people also have prayers passed down by their ancestors, and these short prayers are very important to them as well.

For example, when people enter the church where the Blessed Sacrament is present, they can simply pray the Sanctus from the Holy Mass, proclaiming with the angels the holiness of God. He is truly present.

In our day, I would also suggest praying the prayer to St. Michael the Archangel daily, due to the increasing influence of evil spirits in the world and within the life of the Church. This would be a great help.
