Eating more than necessary is not only unreasonable but also harmful to your health. We eat to live, not to make food the main goal of our lives. Its purpose is secondary, to maintain health and bodily strength, enabling us to fulfill our duties as Christians and human beings, not to indulge excessively.
If you like what we do and want to regularly support our mission to build the Reign of Mary and/or assist the episcopal ministry of Bishop Athanasius Schneider, please consider becoming a Servant of Mary.

Transcript:

Of course, it is even against reason and harmful to your health. When you are satisfied with food and your body no longer needs more, continuing to eat is damaging to your health. We eat to live, not to live for food. Food should not be the main goal of your life.

Food has a secondary purpose, to maintain your health and provide the necessary strength to fulfill your duties as a Christian and as a human being. It should not be used in excess or for anything beyond what is needed for your health and strength.
